Use the service only in accordance with law.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the website and its functionality. "Operator" means the entity providing the service. "User" means a person using the service. "Material" means audio/video content indicated by the user or a reference to it.
2. Service purpose and scope
The service is technical in nature and is intended for converting audio/video materials into supported formats. The operator is not a provider of external content and does not endorse such content.
Using the service means accepting these terms and committing to comply with laws applicable to the user.
3. Legality of materials
Users may use the service only for materials for which they hold rights, licenses, or other legal authorization. This also applies to further use of converted files.
Users undertake not to use the service in a way that infringes copyright, related rights, personal rights, or other rights of third parties.
4. Copyright and user responsibility
The user bears full responsibility for selecting, downloading, converting, and further using materials. The operator does not verify user rights to referenced materials.
5. Conversion process and file availability
Output files are available temporarily. After the retention period, they are automatically removed from server storage. Users should download files promptly after processing is complete.
The operator may retain archived statistical job data (without keeping files) to monitor performance and service security.
6. Abuse, blocking and limitations
It is prohibited to bypass safeguards, attempt unauthorized automated mass usage, overload infrastructure, interfere with the system, or attempt unauthorized access.
The operator may apply limitation mechanisms (rate limiting, captcha, blocklists), block specific sources, and temporarily or permanently restrict access for violations.
7. Service availability and maintenance windows
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific throughput, or full compatibility with every material and every external platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, failures, third-party provider behavior, or changes on source platforms.
8. Operator liability limitation
The operator is not liable for consequences of user use of materials, for content made available by third parties, or for damages resulting from unlawful use of the service.
The operator is not liable for loss of access to files after retention expires or for limitations resulting from software, network, or third-party services.
9. Donations and costs
Donations for service maintenance are voluntary. A donation does not constitute purchase of premium service or guaranteed availability of specific functionality unless explicitly stated otherwise by the operator.
10. Contact and complaints
Questions, feedback, and service-related reports may be submitted through the contact form. Reports should include problem description and, where possible, job ID.
11. Changes to terms
The terms may be updated in case of technical, organizational, or legal changes. The current version is published on this page together with the update date.
Continued use of the service after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Final provisions
For matters not covered by these terms, relevant legal provisions shall apply. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
If you have any questions, use the form on the Contact page.
